The Westfield Foundation is proud to share a longstanding partnership with the YWCA of Union County—a partnership rooted in mutual commitment to community renewal, support, and empowerment. Over the years, The Westfield Foundation has joined forces with the YWCA to help drive impactful programming and support for vulnerable populations, particularly survivors of domestic violence. Since 2005, The Westfield Foundation has invested more than $350,000 in various YWCA initiatives, directly aiding in board and staff development, leadership training, and providing crucial tuition assistance through the STEP program, which supports survivors of domestic violence. These programs are part of the YWCA’s mission to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.
